Using video to drive your recruitment efforts works effectively if done well. TEN80 shot and produce 14 short films to support recruitment at Amplience, to enable the next stage of growth. We shot 7 profiles of existing employees, and made a further 7 films using the responses to fun/candid questions, editing films which reveal the lighter side of working for the company.
